Green lipped mussel extract (81%) capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable source).
As a food supplement for adults take 3 capsules a day for the first three months. If necessary, the dosage can be increased to 6 capsules. After three months 2 capsules a day. Capsules should be taken with food.
