How to use
Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
If your sleep is disrupted, apply 2 – 3 sprays of Magnesium Oil Goodnight Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.
For severe, restlessness, Magnesium Oil Goodnight Spray can be combined with Magnesium Flakes and Magnesium Sleep Lotion to build the perfect pre-sleep routine.
Reapply whenever needed.

10 sprays delivers 180mg (51% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

Once opened, store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
