This Cookie Policy explains how Health Plus Living Limited ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on healthplusliving.com, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
Change your cookie preferences
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time. Click "Change your cookie preferences" above to reopen our cookie settings and update your choice. Changing your mind is as easy as giving your consent in the first place.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as pixels, tags and local storage, work in a similar way. In this policy we call them all "cookies".
Your choices
When you first visit our website from the UK, EU or another region where consent is required, we show a cookie banner. You can choose Accept all, Reject all or Manage preferences to choose by category. Until you make a choice, we only use strictly necessary cookies.
If you reject cookies, you can still browse our website, add items to your basket and check out as normal. You may simply see less relevant offers and adverts.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, some parts of the website (such as your basket or account) may not work properly.
The types of cookies we use
Required (strictly necessary)
These cookies are needed for the website to work, for example to keep items in your basket, let you log in to your account, process your order securely, prevent fraud and remember your cookie choices. They cannot be switched off and do not need your consent.
Analytics
With your consent, these cookies help us understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited most and how people find us, so we can improve it. Tools include Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics.
Marketing
With your consent, these cookies are used by us and our advertising partners to show you relevant offers and adverts on other websites and social media, and to measure how well our advertising works. Partners include Google (Google Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.
Personalisation
With your consent, these cookies remember your actions and preferences to personalise your next visit, for example recently viewed products.
Third parties we work with
Some cookies are set by trusted partners who provide services on our website. These include:
- Shopify – our e-commerce platform, which runs our store, checkout and cookie banner. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
- Google – Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center. Google receives your consent choice through Google Consent Mode. If you reject cookies, Google does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok – advertising and measurement.
- Ahrefs Web Analytics – privacy-friendly website statistics that do not use cookies.
- Reviews, chat and payment services – such as Trustpilot and Fera (reviews), Shopify Inbox (live chat) and PayPal (payment messaging), which may set their own cookies to provide their features.
These companies' use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add new tools. The latest version will always be on this page. This policy was last updated on 30 September 2026.
