Directions
1. Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan)/425°F/Gas Mark 7. 2. Empty the mix into a bowl. 3. Add 350ml warm water and 1 tbsp oil. 4. Mix to a sticky dough. 5. Transfer to a greased loaf tin and smooth the top. 6. Leave to prove for 30 minutes. 7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and cooked through. 8. Cool before slicing.
