Directions
1 tsp = approx. 5ml
ADULTS (men and women): 1 teaspoonful 2 times daily.
CHILDREN (3-6 years): Half (½) a teaspoonful twice daily
CHILDREN (7-12 years): 1 teaspoonful 1-2 times daily.
A general multivitamin and mineral supplement is not required in addition.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
