MOVE

Find the right category for what you're training for

Move brings together everything related to physical performance, recovery and everyday movement — organised by goal rather than one long product list.

Choose based on what you're focused on:

  • Building or maintaining muscle — Protein, Creatine, Muscle Function & Strength
  • Training performance and recovery — Performance & Recovery, Electrolytes
  • Joint and connective tissue support — Joint & Connective Tissue, Glucosamine & Chondroitin, Collagen
  • Everyday energy — Energy & Metabolism

A note on formats: Many customers combine a protein source with one or two targeted supplements (creatine, electrolytes, or joint support) rather than relying on a single product — the right combination depends entirely on your training goal.

Browse the categories below, or see the FAQs for guidance on where to start.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you're only going to add one or two products to your routine, protein and creatine are the most evidence-backed starting point for general training goals. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and creatine contributes to improved physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (at an intake of 3g per day) — both are genuinely useful for most people training regularly, not niche or advanced-only products. Beyond that, what you add next depends on your specific goal: electrolytes if you're training for endurance or in heat, joint support if you're managing existing joint discomfort, or a general energy/metabolism product if fatigue rather than muscle growth is your main concern. Starting narrow and adding one product at a time makes it much easier to tell what's actually working for you.

These sit close together but serve different moments in your training:

  • Performance & Recovery is oriented around what happens during and after exercise — hydration, endurance fuelling, and recovery-focused nutrition.
  • Muscle Function & Strength is oriented around building and maintaining muscle over time — protein, creatine, and everyday nutrients that support normal muscle function (like magnesium and B vitamins).

If your main goal is finishing a long session strong and recovering well, start with Performance & Recovery. If your main goal is progressive strength or muscle maintenance over weeks and months, Muscle Function & Strength is the better starting point. Many people end up using products from both once their routine is established.

Common misconception worth correcting: joint support isn't only relevant if you already have joint pain or are older — it's genuinely more relevant to anyone training regularly, since consistent movement puts repeated load on joints and connective tissue over time. That said, be aware of what's actually proven here: collagen and glucosamine/chondroitin do not currently carry authorised GB or EU health claims for joint health, despite being widely marketed for it. If you want a genuinely evidence-backed option in this space, that's a narrower list than the marketing suggests — check our Joint & Connective Tissue collection for the honest breakdown of what's authorised versus popular-but-unproven before choosing a product.

For most everyday exercise — a regular gym session, a short run, general activity — plain water is usually sufficient, and electrolytes aren't a necessity. They become genuinely useful when you're exercising intensely for longer than roughly an hour, training in heat, or sweating heavily, since that's when you're losing meaningful amounts of sodium and other minerals through sweat. If your training is shorter or lower-intensity, an electrolyte product is more of an optional preference than a real physiological need. Worth checking sugar content too — some electrolyte products are formulated closer to a sports drink than a minimal hydration supplement, which matters if you're using them daily rather than occasionally.

Short answer: combining them is common and generally fine, since they work through different mechanisms and don't compete with each other. Protein supports muscle mass, creatine supports high-intensity performance, and joint support (where genuinely evidence-backed) works independently of both. The main practical consideration isn't safety — it's whether you actually need all three based on your specific training. If you're not doing frequent high-intensity training, creatine may add little value; if you're not managing joint discomfort or heavy training load, joint support may be unnecessary. Rather than stacking products by default, it's worth matching each one to something specific about your current routine or goal.

Excellent in every way.

I do recommend this company. I ordered from Greece, the VAT was correctly applied, and customs form correctly filled in, so had nil delays at customs. The bottles were very well packed and most of all the vitamins had expiry dates to November 2028, which I do appreciate, as I was stocking up. It is a pleasure dealing with caring professionals such as yourselves.
