Lindens Fenugreek 610mg is a food supplement in easy-to-swallow, rapid release capsules. Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is an aromatic Mediterranean plant whose seeds are used whole or ground as a spice, and each capsule contains an extract of the seed.

I m really happy with the Sanatogen High Protein Powder. I have been taking it for a few weeks in an attempt, alongside exercise to rebuild muscle loss after long-term illness.
