Adults and children aged 2 and over: inhale 2 or 3 drops from a tissue to clear painful sinuses and nasal congestion. At night, sprinkle 2 or 3 drops onto a tissue tucked inside the pillowcase. Children 3 months - 2 years: 1 drop on a tissue placed out of the child's reach. Not recommended for babies under 3 months old. As a muscular pain rub: massage into the painful area 3 times a day. For more detailed instructions see leaflet.

I m really happy with the Sanatogen High Protein Powder. I have been taking it for a few weeks in an attempt, alongside exercise to rebuild muscle loss after long-term illness.
