Description

This vital premium natural source of vegan unprocessed, undamaged, polyunsaturated Omega 3 & 6 essential fatty acids (EFA's) is a perfected blend of flax, sesame and sunflower seed oils as well as oils from evening primrose, rice germ, oat germ and coconut.

Udo Erasmus spent many years creating this unique formulation, a 2:1 ratio of Omega 3 & 6. He highlights the lack of EFAs as one of today’s most important challenges to human health.

All our cells need protein, water, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids (EFAs) omega 3 and 6 to operate at their best. Omega 3 is an essential fat that your body cannot produce therefore must be consumed through diet. The Omega 6 we typically get from our diets is damaged by processing or heating during cooking, so it’s important to replace these damaged oils with undamaged Omega 6.

Benefits of Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Capsules

Balances blood sugar levels and promotes satiety therefore is beneficial to people who suffer from sugar cravings and/or blood sugar fluctuations.
Helps to maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
Hydrates & moisturises the skin therefore beneficial to people with skin health issues.

Udo’s Oil for Sport

Two independent research studies investigating Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend capsules with elite strength and endurance athletes showed improvements in:

Strength & Power
Recovery & Flexibility

Udo's Oil for Beauty

Our skin is a window to our dietary habits - it shows us what's going on in our bodies. If our skin looks dry or tired, then the rest of our body isn't being fed properly either. By supplying your body with the correct fats – Omega 3 and 6, which are essential for health your skin will soon start to benefit too.

Natural beauty really does come from within and ensuring you have enough essential fatty acids in your diet will help you look and feel your best.

The oil capsules are unrefigerated for convenience.

This oil is suitable for vegans.

Let’s Hear What Our Customers Have To Say

I m really happy with the Sanatogen High Protein Powder. I have been taking it for a few weeks in an attempt, alongside exercise to rebuild muscle loss after long-term illness. I particularly like that it is sugar and sweetener free. Easy to take with milk and yoghurt or mixed into cereal /soups / sauces

value for money, so tired of throwing fresh berries in food bin due to their condition. These are organic, freeze dried nearly 100% as good as fresh berries, and more importantly none will be thrown away. once opened will last 2 months.

Good quality product, higher dha/epa than others, being in a foiled pouch helps keep fresh and doesn't allow light to oxidise as fast as clear packaging. Recommended.
