For relief from a 'buzzing' or stressed head, add 2 drops of German Chamomile and 1 drop of Lavender to a bowl of ice-cold water. Soak a folded face flannel in the mixture, wring it out, and place it over your forehead to relax and unwind. Alternatively, a hot compress infused with German Chamomile can help ease general aches and muscle discomfort.
German Chamomile is also an excellent skincare ally, especially for those with dry or sensitive skin. Incorporate 1 drop of this oil and 3 drops of Mandarin into 10ml of Avocado oil to create a gentle, nourishing alternative moisturizer that soothes and hydrates.
