Beyond its aromatherapeutic applications, Sweet Fennel Oil is widely used in flavoring aniseed-type liquors, especially in France, highlighting its versatile nature.
Traditionally, Sweet Fennel has been valued for its digestive benefits. Consumed as tea, it helps reduce bloating and promotes healthy digestion. In aromatherapy, it can be incorporated into massage blends to enhance wellbeing. For instance, a soothing abdominal massage can be created by blending 2 drops of Sweet Fennel Oil with 1 drop each of Bergamot and Lavender oils, diluted in 10ml of Sweet Almond oil.
