I m really happy with the Sanatogen High Protein Powder. I have been taking it for a few weeks in an attempt, alongside exercise to rebuild muscle loss after long-term illness. I particularly like that it is sugar and sweetener free. Easy to take with milk and yoghurt or mixed into cereal /soups / sauces
value for money, so tired of throwing fresh berries in food bin due to their condition. These are organic, freeze dried nearly 100% as good as fresh berries, and more importantly none will be thrown away. once opened will last 2 months.
