Ingredients
Sugar 78%, Glucose syrup, Palm kernel fat, water, Starch (potato), Glycerin (humectant), Colouring: E153, carboxymethyl cellulose, vanilla oil, Emulsifier: Polysorbate 80, Potassium sorbate, Citric acid, Flavouring.

Directions
Knead the paste thoroughly before use - natural oils rise to the surface and need to be worked back in to activate the gum for the best finish. If the paste feels firm, knead for longer or warm briefly before use. Roll out on a surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour and use to cover cakes, or work in tylose/CMC powder to firm it up as a modelling paste.
Advisory Information
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; do not refrigerate or freeze. May arrive firmer than usual in cold weather - allow to reach room temperature before use. Keep out of reach of young children.
