Directions
Pre-heat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C, gas mark 6). Empty the mix into a mixing bowl, add 350ml of warm water and 7g of yeast (not included). Stir well, then knead for 5 minutes. Place in a greased loaf tin and cover with a tea towel. Leave to rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the tin and cool on a wire rack.
