Directions

Take your two capsules each day 20 minutes before a meal on an empty stomach.

HeartPro contains healthy active bacteria (probiotics) which are sensitive to heat, so it's also important to take your capsules with a cold drink and at least 20 minutes before or after a hot drink or food.
