It is a time release vitamin C food supplement in tablet form. Each tablet provides 1000mg of vitamin C (1250% of the NRV) and also contains rosehip extract and citrus bioflavonoids with 10% hesperidin. A pack contains 120 tablets, formulated to release nutrients over a longer time.

How do I take it?

Take one tablet per day with a little water. The tablets are formulated to release their nutrients over a longer time, so swallow them whole with water. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose, and follow the usage guidelines and further directions on the reverse of the pack.

Is it suitable for everyone?

It is listed as gluten-free and dairy-free. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Check with a health practitioner before use if you take any medication or have a medical condition, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek medical advice first. Do not exceed the stated dose.

How should I store it and how long does a pack last?

Store at room temperature (15°C to 30°C), away from heat, light and moisture, and reseal the pouch fully after each use. Keep out of the reach of children. At the directed one tablet a day, one pack of 120 tablets lasts 120 days.
