1. Dissolve one wash sachet in the Otosan bottle filled with lukewarm water. 2. Position the bottle nozzle at the nostril entrance. 3. Gently squeeze the bottle to allow the solution to flow through the nasal cavity and exit the other nostril. 4. Repeat for the other nostril. 5. Rinse and dry the bottle after use.
