Sugarflair edible paste colours are a concentrated food colouring, comprising a gel like consistency, that can be kneaded into sugar paste, flower and modelling paste, marzipan, buttercream and royal icing to produce a range of shades by varying the amount of paste used.
Product Details
These high strength paste colours are more concentrated than our Spectral paste range but are used in exactly the same way. Mix into fondant icing or other icing mediums to create desired shades.
Please be aware that our Black Extra paste colour can be affected by the ingredients in some cheaper fondant icings available on the market. We have discovered that in some cases the fondant has a bleaching effect on the product and can turn it a different colour.
All Sugarflair colours are fat free, nut free, gluten free, GM Free and suitable for vegetarians.

Directions
If you use a small amount (a tiny amount on a cocktail stick) you can achieve soft pastel colours.
But if you want something stronger, more vibrant, then add the paste little by little to achieve the shade you desire.
Advisory Information
Store in sealed containers in a cool dry place. Product is not effected by normal room temperature variation.
The colour(s) used complies with the EC Commission Directive 95/45EC specification.
Conforming with EU 1169/2011 regulations
Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include colours E102, E104, E110, E122, E124 & E129 which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.
