Remove any existing insole, arch pad or heel cushion so the Superfeet insole sits on the bottom of the shoe. Place the original insole on top, lining up the heel and inside edge, trace its outline with a marker and trim along the inside of the line - trim a little, then try for fit. Once fitted, the insole should have about 2mm of back-to-front movement and must not be jammed heel-to-toe or curl at the toe. If there is no original insole, stand the shoe on the insole and trace around the toe area, then trim the second insole using the first as a template. If the footwear is tight in the forefoot, the front can be trimmed closer to the stabiliser cap. Break in gradually: wear for 1-2 hours on the first day, then add more time each day.
Advisory information
Hand-wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, using a soft brush for ground-in dirt; rinse well, blot with a soft towel and air dry overnight. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, and do not dry near a heat source. Insoles may feel snug at first and the support may initially be felt under the inside of the heel. If discomfort persists after 5-7 days of wear and is not improving, remove the insoles from your footwear; keep your original insoles until the break-in period is complete. Over time, insoles can wear through the heel lining of footwear, including waterproof liners such as Gore-Tex. Store in a cool, dry place. Please always read the product label before use.
