Remove any existing insole, arch pad or heel cushion. Place the original insole over the Superfeet insole, lining up the heel and inside edge, trace the outline and trim along the inside of the line - trim it, try it, to avoid cutting too short. If there is no original insole, trace around the footwear instead. The insole should sit flat with about 2mm of back-to-front movement. Break in gradually: wear for 1-2 hours on the first day, adding more time each day. Clean by hand-washing with mild soap and lukewarm water, rinse, blot with a towel and air dry overnight.
Advisory information
Do not machine wash or dry. Do not air dry near a heat source. Insoles may wear through the lining of footwear with waterproof liners such as Gore-Tex over time. If discomfort continues after 5-7 days of wear, stop using them. Keep out of reach of young children (small trimmed pieces). Please always read the product label before use.
