Directions
Mix the Lightener Powder with the Activator Cream in a non-metallic bowl until smooth. Apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair, starting from the mid-lengths to ends, then roots. Leave on for up to 30 minutes, checking hair every 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and shampoo. Use the Neutralizing Conditioner to finish.
