Udo’s Choice Digestive Enzyme Blend is a blend of 7 active plant-based enzymes chosen to assist the breakdown of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, soluble fibre, starch, milk sugar and complex sugars aiding healthy digestion and nutrient absorption. They do this by providing nzyme activity combinations which are precisely balanced to optimize the body's absorption and use of food nutrients.
Contains the most complete range of 7 specific enzymes designed to breakdown each major nutrients type, i.e. carbs, protein
- protease to break down protein
- lipase to break down fat
- amylase to break down starches, sugars & carbohydrates
- cellulose to break down vegetable fibre
- lactase to break down lactose (milk sugar)
- alpha galactosidase to break down fermentable carbohydrates/oligosaccharides
- bromelain to break down protein
The Power of Enzymes
Digestive enzymes are like scissors that cut up the foods we eat into basic building blocks that our body then absorbs and reassembles to build cells, tissues, organs, glands and entire body systems. Without enzymes, we could not exist. Our bodies’ reactions would be too slow for life to be possible. The human body makes and uses more than 3,000 kinds of enzymes that initiate or speed up chemical reactions.
Why Choose Enzymes?
- Caffeine, alcohol, illness, pregnancy and stress all take their toll on our enzyme reserves.
- Our bodies produce fewer enzymes as we age.
- Today’s diets don’t contain as much enzyme containing raw foods as they once did.
This carefully designed formula aids the digestion of foods, leaving you free to enjoy your favourite meals again.
Enzymes have no taste. For best results, open up and mix the contents of one capsule of digestive enzymes throughout cold or warm (but not piping hot) foods, or swallow capsules during the meal. It is most important to take digestive enzymes with foods that are rich in proteins.
Udo’s Choice Ultimate Digestive Enzyme Blend comes in 100% vegetarian capsules and is made from 100% plant-based digestive enzymes using the solid state fermentation method recommended by the FCC.

I m really happy with the Sanatogen High Protein Powder. I have been taking it for a few weeks in an attempt, alongside exercise to rebuild muscle loss after long-term illness. I particularly like that it is sugar and sweetener free. Easy to take with milk and yoghurt or mixed into cereal /soups / sauces
value for money, so tired of throwing fresh berries in food bin due to their condition. These are organic, freeze dried nearly 100% as good as fresh berries, and more importantly none will be thrown away. once opened will last 2 months.
Good quality product, higher dha/epa than others, being in a foiled pouch helps keep fresh and doesn't allow light to oxidise as fast as clear packaging. Recommended.
came with good protection and use by date of 2/2028 which is good.. not a flavour ever seen in shops.. one of my fave flavours so I'm happy.. T1 diabetic
These are the best gluten free ginger biscuits I’ve ever tasted - very highly recommended! Great company to order from and prompt delivery.
I really like these little crackers. They are really crisp , crunchy and tasty. They also seem very healthy for a snack.
The best for midges, saves us from rhe little critters when travelling in rhe Highlands. Arrived super quick too.
Shopping with your company absolutely great , no problems whats so ever. Thank you so much , we appreciate all 👌
Delicious and great ingredients just a shame that are more corn than quinoa and not the other way round.
