Directions

Serving size: Take 1 capsule before meals. For heavy meals consume an additional capsule during the meal. Capsules can be opened and the contents sprinkled over the food (not piping hot) if desired.

Udo's Choice uses the term for its probiotic blends of live bacteria. Each product is a food supplement. Check the pack for the exact strains and quantities.

How do I take them?

Udo's Choice makes separate blends for infants, children, juniors, adults and adults over 50. Choose the one that matches the age on the pack, and ask a pharmacist if unsure.

Do they need to be kept in the fridge?

What is the difference between the Super 8 and the Super 8 Gold or Immune?
