Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend Organic 250ml is a blend of organic cold-pressed seed oils containing plant-based Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, created by Udo Erasmus. It is vegan, and made to be added to food without heating.
What is in it?
A blend of flax seed, sunflower seed and sesame seed oils with coconut oil, evening primrose oil, soy lecithin (GMO-free), rice bran and oat bran germ oils, and tocotrienol.
Allergens: contains sesame and soya. Always check the bottle label for the latest allergen information.
How to use it
Drizzle it over salads, vegetables, rice, pasta or soups once they are served, or mix it into smoothies and cold dips. Do not heat it or use it for frying. Follow the serving guidance on the label.
Stored refrigerated on site
We keep Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend in refrigerated storage at our premises until your order is dispatched, and we take care to store it in the right conditions before it leaves us. Orders placed before 2pm go out the same day and in-stock items usually arrive the next working day (1 to 2 working days), so the oil is out of refrigeration only for a short time in transit. Please put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives and keep it there, including after opening.
Why the 250ml bottle?

Directions
Serving size: For adults, 1 tablespoon per 50 lb of bodyweight.
Children: Administer the oil in proportion to weight. If you weigh 100 pounds and use 3 dessert spoons each day, a 10 pound child should take about 1/10th as much as you. However, because children are more metabolically active than grown-ups, they may need a little more oil than is proportional to their weight.
Children under 3 years: 1 teaspoon every 2 days
Children aged 3 to 8: 1 teaspoon a day
Children aged 8 to 12: 1 tablespoon a day
Children over 12: 1 to 2 tablespoons per day
Suggested use: Pour around 1 to 2 tablespoons of this oil on your food:
- Mix in with prepared pasta sauces
- Add to porridge
- Blend with your favourite smoothie or juice
- Mix with balsamic vinegar for a salad dressing
- Mix in with mayonnaise
- Add to a fruit yoghurt
- Add to dips and spreads
- Mix in with mashed potato or pour into stews or soups
Udo's Choice Oil Blend is compatible with all foods and can be used with cold, warm and hot foods (once off the heat source), but avoid cooking or frying, as this damages the delicate structure of the oils and greatly reduces their nutritional benefits. Mixing into prepared food at serving temperature is preferred.
Favourite uses are in salads, protein shakes, yoghurt, juices, soups, on steamed vegetables, rice and pasta, and with balsamic vinegar for dipping.
