Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend Organic 250ml is a cold-pressed, plant-based blend of organic seed oils providing Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, created by Udo Erasmus. Made to be added to food without heating.

What is in it?

Seed oil blend (flax oil*, sunflower oil*, sesame oil*) (96.68%), virgin coconut oil* (1.70%), evening primrose oil* (1.00%), soya lecithin* (emulsifier), rice bran oil* (0.30%), oat bran oil* (0.01%), mixed tocopherols (antioxidant).
*Certified organic

Allergy advice: contains soy (soya lecithin). May contain traces of mustard and wheat due to possible cross-contamination during production. Always check the bottle label.

How to use it

Shake the bottle gently before use. Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons over food or drinks without heating. Ideal for salads, shakes, soups, steamed vegetables, rice and pasta, or as a dip with balsamic vinegar. Do not heat it or use it for frying.

Serving size guidance:

Adults: 1 tablespoon per 50 lb (approx. 23 kg) of body weight
Children under 3 years: 1 teaspoon every 2 days
Children aged 3 to 8: 1 teaspoon daily
Children aged 8 to 12: 1 tablespoon daily
Children over 12: 1 to 2 tablespoons daily

We keep Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend in refrigerated storage at our premises until your order is dispatched, and we take care to store it in the right conditions before it leaves us. Orders placed before 2pm go out the same day and in-stock items usually arrive the next working day (1 to 2 working days), so the oil is out of refrigeration only for a short time in transit. Please put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives and keep it there, including after opening.

Why the 250ml bottle?

The 250ml bottle holds half as much as our 500ml size, so it suits lighter use or trying the oil first. Compare the price per 100ml. Our 500ml is also available.

Does Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend need to be refrigerated?

Yes. Keep the liquid oil in the fridge, before and after opening. We store it refrigerated on site until your order is dispatched.

Is Udo's Oil delivered chilled?

We keep it in refrigerated storage at our premises until we dispatch your order, and we take care to store it in the right conditions before it leaves us. Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days, so the oil is out of refrigeration only for a short time in transit. Please put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives.

How long does Udo's Oil last, and can I freeze it?

Keep it in the fridge. An unopened bottle can be kept refrigerated for several months, and the oil can also be frozen for longer storage. Once opened, keep it refrigerated between uses and use it within about eight weeks. Always follow the dates and storage instructions printed on your bottle.

Can I cook with Udo's Oil?

Avoid cooking or frying with it, as heat damages the delicate oils. It is best mixed into food at serving temperature, for example in dressings, smoothies, yoghurt or over cooked food once it is off the heat.

Is Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend suitable for vegans?

Yes. The omega fatty acids come from plant oils, not fish. It does contain sesame and soya, so check the label if you have allergies.

What is the difference between the 250ml and 500ml bottles?
