Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend Organic 500ml is a blend of organic cold-pressed seed oils containing plant-based Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, created by Udo Erasmus. It is vegan, and made to be added to food without heating.
What is in it?
A blend of flax seed, sunflower seed and sesame seed oils with coconut oil, evening primrose oil, soy lecithin (GMO-free), rice bran and oat bran germ oils, and tocotrienol.
Allergens: contains sesame and soya. Always check the bottle label for the latest allergen information.
How to use it
Drizzle it over salads, vegetables, rice, pasta or soups once they are served, or mix it into smoothies and cold dips. Do not heat it or use it for frying. Follow the serving guidance on the label.
Stored refrigerated on site
We keep Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend in refrigerated storage at our premises until your order is dispatched, and we take care to store it in the right conditions before it leaves us. Orders placed before 2pm go out the same day and in-stock items usually arrive the next working day (1 to 2 working days), so the oil is out of refrigeration only for a short time in transit. Please put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives and keep it there, including after opening.
Why the 500ml bottle?
The 500ml bottle holds twice as much as our 250ml size, which suits regular use. Compare the price per 100ml. Our 250ml is also available.

Does Udo's Oil need to be refrigerated?
Yes. Keep the liquid oil in the fridge, before and after opening. We store it refrigerated on site until your order is dispatched.
Can I cook with Udo's Oil?
No. It is designed to be used cold. Add it to food after cooking, once the food has cooled to a comfortable eating temperature, or use it in dressings and smoothies.
What does Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend contain?

Serving size: For adults , 1 tablespoon per 50lb of bodyweight
Children: Administer the oil in proportion to weight. If you weigh 100 pounds and use 3 dessert spoons each day, a 10 pound child should take about 1/10th as much as you. However, because children are more metabolically active than grown-ups, they may need a little more oil than is proportional to their weight.
Children under 3 years: 1 teaspoon every 2 days
Children aged 3 - 8: 1 teaspoon a day
Children aged 8 - 12: 1 tablespoon a day
Children over 12: 1-2 tablespoons per day
Suggest use: Pour around 1-2 tablespoons of this nutritious oil on your food:

Udo`s Choice Oil Blend is compatible with all foods and can be used with cold, warm, and hot (once off the heat source) foods but avoid cooking or frying as this damages the delicate structure of the oils, and greatly reduces their nutritional benefits. Mixing into prepared food at serving temperature is preferred.
Favourite uses are in salads, protein shakes, yoghurt, juices, soups, on steamed vegetables, rice, and pastas, and with balsamic vinegar for dipping.

I m really happy with the Sanatogen High Protein Powder. I have been taking it for a few weeks in an attempt, alongside exercise to rebuild muscle loss after long-term illness.
