Vivomixx helps re-populating the gut with healthy bacteria. It is important to maintain a healthy balance of good vs bad bacteria to maintain a healthy gut.
Vivomixx is safe, gluten-free food supplement that can be taken daily to help achieve a balanced digestive system. It does not contain preservatives, colouring agents or synthetic sweeteners.
Unlike many ‘supermarket’ probiotics, Vivomixx capsules conatin 115 billion in each capsule.
Storage
Keep refrigerated (+2-8°C). Vivomixx contains live bacteria which are sensitive to heat, it is therefore important to keep the product refrigerated and away from light at all times. However it may be stored at room temperature (maximum +25°C) for up to 7 days.
Recommended daily dose
Vivomixx Capsules
The recommended daily dose depends upon the condition being treated. For symptoms such as bloating, flatulence then 1-2 capsules would be sufficient. For more troublesome conditions, then we would recommend 1-4 capsules as a starting dose.
Capsules may be taken with a glass of water or opened and mixed in water or yogurt. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Dissolve contents of the sachet in water, yogurt or any other cold, non-carbonated drink or food and consume immediately. Capsules may be taken with a glass of water or opened and mixed in water or yogurt. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Vivomixx is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
