Are peel-off masks and sheet masks used differently?

Yes. A peel-off mask is applied wet, left to dry into a film, then peeled away in one piece. A sheet mask is a pre-soaked fabric sheet you lay over your face for a set time and then remove, discarding the sheet and pressing in any remaining serum.

Can men use the nose pore strips too?

7th Heaven sells a men's-specific nose pore strip pack, though pore strips generally work the same way regardless of who's using them -- applied to a clean, damp nose and peeled off once dry.

Are these masks suitable for sensitive skin?

As with any cosmetic product, check the ingredient list on the pack against anything you know you're sensitive to, and patch-test on a small area first if you have particularly reactive skin.
