Aethalis

Aethalis supplies extra virgin olive oil in larger catering-style formats, including flavour-infused options, suited to households and kitchens that go through olive oil in volume.

What we stock:

Chilli and garlic infused extra virgin olive oil (5L)
Organic Special Blend and Special Blend infused extra virgin olive oil (20L)
A Sansone fusti storage and dispensing container for 20L oil

Because these are bulk formats, they suit regular cooking use or catering rather than occasional home use in a small bottle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why would I buy olive oil in a 5L or 20L format instead of a standard bottle?

Buying in bulk generally works out more cost-effective per litre than smaller bottles, and suits anyone who cooks with olive oil regularly, runs a kitchen, or wants to decant into smaller bottles for everyday use rather than repeatedly buying small bottles.

Aethalis's range includes both plain and infused options (chilli, garlic) in the 5L size, and larger 20L formats of its Special Blend oils for even higher-volume use.

The Sansone fusti container is designed specifically for storing and dispensing the 20L size, making it easier to pour smaller amounts for daily use rather than handling the full container each time.

What's the difference between the chilli and garlic infused oils?

Both are extra virgin olive oil infused with a specific flavour -- chilli for a spiced cooking oil, or garlic for a savoury base -- sold in the same 5L format, so the choice comes down to which flavour suits your cooking.

What is the Sansone fusti container used for?

It's a storage and dispensing container designed for the 20L olive oil formats, making it more practical to pour and use the oil day-to-day rather than lifting and pouring directly from the large original container.

Is Aethalis oil suitable for cooking as well as dressing?

Extra virgin olive oil is generally suited to both, though check the specific product description for any guidance on best use for a particular blend.

How should bulk olive oil be stored to keep it fresh?

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct heat and sunlight, and reseal the container properly between uses to help preserve quality over the time it takes to use a larger volume.

Let’s Hear What Our Customers Have To Say

Product and price are both 5 star. Courier awful. Tracking less than useless but seriously, these items are fabulous. And this was definitely the best price I’ve seen. I’ll put up with the longer delivery time. It’s not the seller’s fault at all. I’m telling all my T2D friends about these. The only crisp type snack...

Good quality product, higher dha/epa than others, being in a foiled pouch helps keep fresh and doesn't allow light to oxidise as fast as clear packaging. Recommended.
