Both terms describe a tampon without a plastic or cardboard applicator -- AND SISTERS' Heavy tampons are described as non-applicator, and the Medium tampons as "naked," meaning both are inserted directly rather than with an applicator tube.

How do I choose between medium and heavy absorbency?

This comes down to your own flow -- heavy absorbency products are designed for heavier flow days, while medium suits lighter to average flow. Using the product that best matches your flow on a given day is the general guidance.

What does "bio-wrapped" mean on the liners?

It refers to the individual wrapping material used for each liner being biodegradable, rather than the standard plastic wrapping used on many conventional liners.

How often should tampons and pads be changed?

Follow standard health guidance on changing tampons every 4-8 hours and pads as needed based on your flow -- this applies regardless of brand or material.
