Both are part of Bee and You's anti-ageing skincare range, but in different formats: the Face Serum (30ml) is a lighter, more concentrated formula typically applied before a moisturiser, while the Face Cream (50ml) is a richer, standalone moisturiser.

Many people use both together -- serum first, cream on top -- but if you only want one product, the cream alone offers moisturising on its own, while the serum is best paired with a separate moisturiser.

Both are built around the brand's bee-derived ingredient focus, consistent with the rest of the range.

Bee and You's Dried Bee Pollen Whole Granules (142g) is a food supplement, sold as whole granules rather than a capsule -- check the pack for a suggested serving size, and be aware that bee pollen isn't suitable for anyone with a bee product allergy.

The Natural Mineral Sunscreen Cream (40ml) is formulated specifically for sun protection on the face -- check the label to see if it's positioned as a standalone product or one to use alongside your regular moisturiser.

Both are propolis-based lip balms (10ml), one paired with elderberry and the other with shea butter -- the choice comes down to which secondary ingredient and finish you prefer.
