Q: What's the difference between the Unflavoured and the flavoured versions?

The Unflavoured version (150g) is a smaller pack with no added taste, useful if you want to add it to a dish or drink without introducing a competing flavour, or if you're simply trying the product for the first time. The Belgian Chocolate and Pure Vanilla versions (450g each) are larger packs with a distinct flavour, designed to be more enjoyable to drink on their own, such as mixed with milk or water as a flavoured shake.
