HRI offers a range of traditional herbal medicines and supplements, including Milk Thistle, Cold & Flu Echinacea, Good Mood (St John's Wort), Water Balance and Clear Complexion (Burdock Root).
Some HRI products are Traditional Herbal Registration (THR) medicines, based on their long-standing traditional use, rather than clinically proven treatments. St John's Wort in particular can interact significantly with many common medications, including antidepressants and the contraceptive pill — always check with a pharmacist or GP before taking it.
