ZYMI makes organic biscuits with combinations such as almonds, sesame and orange juice, carob dark chocolate and dates, cinnamon and orange juice, and tahini with dark chocolate and salt flakes, alongside organic bites made with pumpkin, sunflower and flax seeds, or carob with black and white sesame.
