Freederm makes topical gels aimed at treating acne spots and reducing redness, including the Treatment 4% Gel and Fast Track Gel.

As with any topical acne treatment, patch test on a small area of skin first, and stop use if irritation occurs. If your acne is severe, persistent or affecting your confidence, a GP or pharmacist can advise on other treatment options.
